It began over a hundred years ago when Donald Byford, the founder, sold his first selection of quality socks in Leicestershire, laying a foundation for the brand Byford’s success today. In the course of development, the Byford benchmark for quality excellence remains unchanged, apart from launching a wide range of fashion and lifestyle products. Over the years, we strived for groundbreaking designs and using contemporary materials, a combination of distinction and fineness, and heritage and craftmanship, all play their parts in the Byford of today and throughout these variations run a consistent inbuilt identity, the brand DNA, British origin and authenticity. The awards and acclaim for our achievement in the last century includes the Queen’s Award and recognition by the British Chamber of Commerce and reinforces our belief in the brand, extending to the Byford’s communities across the globe. Through modern marketing and distribution, Byford continuously serve in more than 20 countries with 1,000 retail locations.
